Suba Group of Hotels in India has implemented a multi-property management system (PMS) by cloud-based hospitality technology provider Hotelogix.

This move will offer the hotel group a platform that will automate and streamline operations across member properties.  

It will also offer the company centralised control over operations across the group, enhancing growth, revenue, and the overall guest experience. 

Previously, Suba Group managed its operations with an on-premises solution for over a decade.  

However, as the group acquired additional brands and expanded its portfolio, it faced challenges in maintaining central control and visibility over its operations due to disparate on-premises solutions at individual hotels. 

Suba Group of Hotels CEO Mubeen Mehta said: “For a growing brand like us with 100+ properties, multiple restaurants, banquets, different room types, guest profiles, and several other revenue-generating streams, centrally and efficiently managing operations is the key to success.

“That’s why we decided to migrate to a multi-property cloud PMS platform from Hotelogix.” 

Hotelogix’s solution includes a Mobile Hotel PMS app, allowing Suba Group to monitor property-level performance remotely.  

The system’s integration with a Channel Manager supports real-time distribution to online travel agencies (OTAs), potentially increasing sales.  

Additionally, Hotelogix’s point-of-sale (POS) system is expected to enable the management of non-room revenue-generating outlets across all properties.  

The PMS is also integrated with third-party accounting, materials management, and guest communication solutions.

Suba Group of Hotels includes more than 100 properties across 60 destinations in the country, catering to both business and leisure travellers.  

The group offers in-house food and beverage outlets with contactless menus, business centres, contactless check-in, and banquets, among others. 

In 2022, Suba Group expanded its footprint by securing the master franchise rights for Choice Hotels India.  

This agreement allows Suba Group to grow the Clarion, Quality, and Comfort brands within India.  

The latest announcement comes shortly after Hotelogix integrated its Hotel PMS with KePSLA, an online reputation management platform.
