Luxury yacht hotel Sunborn London has selected hospitality technology company Shiji to support its floating hotel concept and long-term goals for guest service.

The partnership will see Sunborn London integrate Shiji’s property management system (PMS), Digital Stay, Infrasys POS, and Digital Dine solutions.

This collaboration aims to create a unified, technology-driven guest experience while improving operational efficiency and supporting Sunborn London’s future growth.

By implementing Shiji’s enterprise platform, Sunborn London will meet its evolving needs and provide seamless service for both guests and staff.

It also enhances digital services such as mobile check-in, in-room dining, and contactless experiences through Digital Stay and Digital Dine solutions.

The scalable solutions from Shiji will also enable effortless expansion across multiple locations in the future.

Earlier this month, Jannah Hotels & Resorts from the UAE integrated the Shiji Enterprise Platform into its operations, aiming to improve digital infrastructure, operational efficiency, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.

Additionally, Seda Hotels in the Philippines adopted the Shiji Infrasys Cloud POS solution in December 2024 to enhance guest services in a multi-property environment.
