
IHG Hotels & Resorts is continuing its expansion in the UAE by signing a management agreement with developer ASRE to bring its upscale hotel brand voco to Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.
The new voco Dubai Palm Jumeirah hotel will open in December this year. It will be part of the newly launched destination called “Palm West Beach” on the manmade island.
Real estate developer Nakheel is developing the Palm West Beach project, which is a park, dining and beach club facility.
voco Dubai Palm Jumeirah hotel will feature 141 rooms equipped with amenities that suit the needs of both leisure and business travellers.
In addition to offering four different dining options, the hotel will have a 55m2 meeting room, a gym, pool, and spa.

It will join the brand’s other properties in Dubai including voco Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road and voco Bonnington Jumeirah Lakes Towers Dubai that will open soon.
In the MEA region, voco has a portfolio of four open and five hotels in the pipeline. The brand launched globally in 2018.
