Additional properties are located in leisure-driven destinations such as Las Vegas and in suburban markets such as Greenville, South Carolina, and Pasadena, California.
Studio 6’s extended stay hotels aim to serve guests requiring accommodation for several days to weeks.
Amenities in these hotels include fully equipped kitchenettes, in-room workspaces, internet access, self-service laundry, and flexible housekeeping services.
According to PRISM, most hotels feature around 100 to 120 rooms.
It aims to deliver operational efficiencies while also addressing long-stay market demand from business travellers, relocating families, and project-based workers.
This expansion phase follows an earlier launch of eight hotels at the start of the year. The addition of 30 further hotels is described by PRISM as a significant milestone for an India-origin hospitality company operating in the US.
PRISM also plans to introduce technology developed in India, AI capabilities and revenue management systems at its extended stay hotels.
PRISM founder and chairman Ritesh Agarwal said: “In the US, we are seeing a shift towards longer-duration stays driven by project-based travel, medical staff, construction crew, temporary stays due to home renovation and a growing need for dependable, high-quality yet affordable accommodation.
“This expansion aims to bring a tech-enabled, operations-first approach to hospitality while making efforts to ensure consistency, efficiency, and an elevated guest experience at scale.”
The expansion comes after PRISM’s acquisition of G6 Hospitality for approximately $525m.
