Kotimaailma Apartments, one of the leading apartment-hotel chains in Finland, has partnered with eRevMax to expand its business exposure and optimise online revenue. All five properties owned by the group are using RateTiger Channel Management solution for managing availability, rate and inventories (ARI) across their online distribution mix.

Kotimaailma offers fully furnished serviced apartments in the central area of Turku, Tampere, Helsinki, Lappeenranta and Oulu in Finland. RateTiger Channel Manager will help Kotimaailma to increase online sales by ensuring real-time room availability across all distribution channels through the automatic adjustment of availability from a pooled inventory.

All reservations made on these distribution channels will be captured and available inventory will automatically be redistributed helping the hotels push last-room availability, thus ensuring maximum occupancy.
