Avani Hotels & Resorts, a part of Minor Hotels, has opened Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites in the UAE.

This 48-storey and 264-rooms property is located close to Dubai Media City, The Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina.

Designed by AECOM and developed by ALFAHIM, the new Avani hotel is said to feature floor-to-ceiling windows, fully equipped kitchens, interactive living spaces and private terraces.

The guests will be able to choose from 11 different types of rooms ranging from 41m2 studios and up to 165m2 three-bedroom units.

It also has an all-day dining restaurant dubbed Seven Seeds, an on-the-go café The Pantry as well as an outdoor pool bar named Aqua.

Avani’s hotel portfolio in Dubai consists of Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel and Avani Deira Dubai Hotel.

Last August, Avani Hotels and Resorts announced its plans to open 11 new properties, which include an additional property in Dubai, UAE, and a new property in Oman.

Last month, Rove Hotels opened its first beachfront hotel, Rove La Mer Beach, on the shores of Dubai’s La Mer beachfront in the UAE.
