Luxury hospitality company Four Seasons has confirmed the hiring of Keisha Smith for the role of executive vice president and chief people and culture officer, with her tenure commencing on 6 January.
Smith will operate from the corporate headquarters in Miami, US, and join the company’s upper echelon of management while reporting to Four Seasons president and CEO Alejandro Reynal.
Reynal said: “Keisha brings extensive expertise from her dynamic career, along with a reputation for fostering culture-driven success, making her an outstanding addition to the Four Seasons leadership team.”
In her new capacity, Smith is tasked with the critical responsibility of upholding and enhancing Four Seasons’ organisational ethos and commitment to its workforce, ensuring these elements continue to serve as a strategic advantage in recruiting, retaining, and nurturing top-tier talent worldwide.
Her remit includes guiding the strategy and implementation of all facets of the company’s worldwide personnel and culture, internal communications, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.
