Jakarta’s hotel industry has recorded its highest average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) levels since October 2018, according to preliminary June 2023 data from hotel analytics company STR. 

For June 2023, the Indonesian capital city’s hotel occupancy rates were 66.7%, a year-on-year percentage increase of 1.2%.

The city’s ADR was Rp996,926.80, a rise of 19.4%, and its RevPAR was Rp664,759.69, an increase of 20.8%.

According to STR’s daily data, the highest occupancy (82.2%) and RevPAR (Rp820,272.66) levels were recorded on Thursday, 22 June 2023.

The market’s occupancy level was reportedly the highest for any month since December 2022.
