Marriott International is set to open Delta Orlando Lake Buena Vista, its first Delta property in the US, in December 2015.
The new property will operate under a franchise agreement with JHM Hotels.
Delta Hotels & Resorts Canada Operations area-vice president Paul Cahill said: "We are thrilled to work with JHM Hotels as we continue to integrate the Delta Hotels and Resorts brand into the Marriott family.
The 241-room Delta Orlando Lake Buena Vista features a resort-style swimming pool with a splash zone and pirate ship.
The resort will also offer a fitness centre, complimentary Wi-Fi, restaurant and bar, and onsite parking.
JHM Hotels president DJ Rama said: "The Delta Orlando Lake Buena Vista offers a guest experience unique to the market."
According to Marriott, the new resort will offer transportation to and from local attractions, including all Disney theme parks. The property is to be a member of the Disney Good Neighbor Hotel programme.
Marriott acquired the Delta Hotels and Resorts brand in April for around C$168m ($135m).
The Delta brand includes 38 hotels and 10,000 rooms in around 30 Canadian cities.
