Quore, a Tennessee-based provider of workflow management and productivity tools for hotels, has announced an enhancement to its Preventative Maintenance (PM) capabilities with the addition of new options and flexibility to scheduling features.

Hotels will now be able to use Quore’s solution to maintain their facilities, enhance guest satisfaction, meet brand standards and safeguard assets and revenue more efficiently.

Quore’s PM app can be tailored to meet the needs of each brand or management company.

The PM Program is an essential step in the solution’s onboarding process as all the heavy-duty work for hotel operations is pre-built into this platform.

PM is highly emphasised across the hospitality industry so that each property can extend the life of on-site resources right from HVAC systems to televisions. The new platform update sees Quore adding the flexibility to schedule general PMs tri-annually.

 This extends a list of current frequency options including weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually.

Furthermore, Quore added two new guestroom PM frequencies, thereby allowing hotels to schedule maintenance semi-annually or annually in those particular areas.

This latest update comes as the company hit a milestone of having 6,000 hotel customers and completing its Cleanings Plus Data Integration Powered by IHG Concerto application, therefore enabling room status details to be used to boost the performance of housekeeping teams at IHG branded hotels.

In November 2022, Quore celebrated its 10th anniversary.
