Global hospitality technology company Shiji has unveiled the enhancement of its ReviewPro Reputation’s AI Responses feature.
This upgrade streamlines the process of responding to online reviews, enabling hoteliers to easily draft context-aware responses.
The AI-driven tool is designed to save time and improve engagement with potential guests by offering consistent and swift replies to reviews across platforms such as Google, Booking.com, and Tripadvisor.
Shiji’s AI Responses feature generates response drafts that recognise both positive and negative feedback, ensuring hotels can maintain quality responsiveness.
Clients can customise the tone of responses, ranging from formal, friendly to “business casual”, and set preferred lengths and signature templates.
The “property insights” integration ensures that replies are in line with the brand’s voice, according to the company.

By GlobalDataReviewpro Reputation product management senior director Rafael Patiño said: “AI Review Responses is not just about responding fast. It lets hotels efficiently respond in a brand-aligned voice and frees staff to focus on delivering remarkable guest experiences.
“The new bulk generation option takes efficiency to the next level. It allows teams to generate responses for multiple reviews at once. This helps staff save valuable time and maintain full control over the responses sent.”
The latest upgrades to the AI Responses feature include personalised tone and structure, enhanced workflow visibility, and one-click bulk response capability.
Shiji said that an “AI Response Generated” icon and dedicated filters allow managers to monitor draft-ready and live reviews.
The bulk response option is particularly beneficial for large properties or busy teams, enabling them to handle more than 20 reviews at a time.
Hoteliers, with intentional co-pilot design, maintain full control over the responses and leverage the ability to review and edit drafts before publishing.
As the global average response time to reviews has decreased from ten days in 2021 to 3.2 days in 2025, Shiji’s enhancements help hotels remain competitive by meeting these new expectations.
Earlier this year, Shiji formed a partnership with Roibos, aiming to drive digital transformation in the hotel industry with secure and scalable tools.
