BellDeskPro – Another Service Tracking Systems Product Now at IP Casino Resort & Spa in Biloxi

IP Casino Resort & Spa has been a client of Service Tracking Systems since the installation of the valet parking and vehicle inspection system by CVPS in 2006. Now they have added another STS product, BellDeskPro.

The IP Casino Resort & Spa was the first casino on the Mississippi Gulf Coast to reopen after Hurricane Katrina. IP Casino Resort & Spa is a stationary boat casino in Biloxi, Mississippi, US. The casino features 1,950 gaming machines and 84 table and poker games in a 76,550ft² gaming space. The property also has eight restaurants and a 1,088 room hotel.

BellDeskPro is a comprehensive hardware and software solution designed to increase bell desk process efficiency by providing tools to effectively manage staff and elevate customer service. The software tracks the movement of guests’ bags from the main baggage area to and from any destination in the hotel. BellDeskPro evenly distributes the service tasks among the crew and without bias, grouping them into common area tasks as needed. Bell captains can look-up current volumes, wait times, or any task or bellman whereabouts with just a few clicks. Guests or hotel staff can easily call in or input luggage requests, which automatically get pulled into the bell queue. BellDeskPro has proven to increase customer service levels and reduce labor costs. The ability to measure and track service produces a staff incentive for efficient and productive service.
