Here are the top five commercial and leisure construction projects that commenced in France in Q4 2021, according to GlobalData’s construction projects database.

1. Le Porte De La Chapelle Arena 2 Development – $141m

The project involves the construction of the second sports arena at Porte de la Chapelle, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, Île-de-France.

The project involves the construction of a new logistics center on a 93,000m2 area of land in Nanteuil-le-Haudouin, Oise department, Hauts-de-France region.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2022.

The aim of the project is to provide logistics facilities in the region.
