
Guest journey platform Akia has unveiled a new marketing suite designed to optimise direct bookings for hotels and vacation rentals.
The suite offers integrated email and SMS marketing capabilities that can be incorporated into both property management systems (PMS) and Akia’s AI-driven platform.
The suite’s features include email and SMS marketing tools with customisable templates and a drag-and-drop editor, alongside insights driven by PMS data.
It also provides dynamic audience segmentation based on preferences and behavioural patterns, as well as a centralised guest profile that captures essential contact details.
A real-time reporting dashboard is also part of the new suite, allowing hotels to monitor various metrics.
This development builds upon Akia’s existing SMS tool, which enables properties to gather guest information, store it in a centralised profile, and engage them with direct booking offers.
Details such as birthdays or anniversaries can also be stored within the platform to offer tailored marketing campaigns.

To simplify the process for hospitality professionals, the Akia marketing suite offers dynamic audience lists with real-time updates, enabling properties to target specific groups based on campaign objectives or special offers.
The suite also allows properties to send individual messages or set up automated sequences to the guests.
