Aleph Hospitality, a Dubai-based independent hotel management company, has signed a contract for the management of The Pelican Hotel in Accra, Ghana.

The new upscale hotel is located in Cantonments and features 134 suites and apartments, a café, a specialty restaurant, a swimming pool, a gym, a spa and meeting room facilities.

The Pelican Hotel is a ten-minute ride from Kotoka International Airport, and is close to various embassies, shopping malls, dining and leisure facilities.

Slated to open in June 2023, the all-suite boutique hotel marks the first property for Aleph Hospitality in Ghana.

The Pelican Hotel Apartments is developed and owned by DevtracoPlus, a part of real estate company Devtraco Group.

Aleph Hospitality aims to expand its portfolio to 50 hotels in the Middle East and Africa by 2026.

The company manages hotels directly for owners and branded properties on a franchise basis. It is also a white label operator of independently branded hotels.
