Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead has announced a multi-phased renovation plan, with a grand reveal expected in early 2025.

The 25-storey hotel will undergo a renovation as part of the project, enhancing guest rooms, meeting spaces, and the arrival experience.

This project will see a complete overhaul of the hotel’s interior, starting with the guest rooms, which are to be transformed into luxurious retreats.

The lobby and public spaces will follow, undergoing a 360° metamorphosis.

A new market area will be introduced, offering gourmet food and artisanal sandwiches for guests on the go.

The refurbishment will culminate in the meeting areas, delivering a touch of sophistication to the property.

Whitespace Interiors, alongside local subcontractors, is collaborating on the guestroom strategy.

The design team has drawn inspiration from local and national artists Rae Broyles and Laura Naples, aiming to showcase local talent and integrate diverse artistic perspectives.

In addition, the property will work alongside another design team for the public areas as the revamp progresses.

Grand Hyatt Atlanta has 439 rooms, including 21 suites.

Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead general manager Kristi Cotten-Morris said: “With this renovation, Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead will curate a new type of luxury experience. Guests and visitors will retreat into the hotel with one-of-a-kind experiences for dining, events, and special celebrations.

“Our commitment to delivering an extraordinary guest experience remains unwavering, and we are confident that our renovated property will continue to be a cherished destination for travellers seeking the epitome of luxury and hospitality in Atlanta.”
