Ishraq Hospitality has opened a new upscale hotel in Dubai as part of its efforts to expand its presence in the region.

The new property, called Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum Airport, is situated near Expo 2020 Dubai site and the Al Maktoum International Airport.

The 606-room Staybridge Suites Dubai Al-Maktoum Airport, another property owned by Ishraq Hospitality, is located adjacent to the new hotel.

Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum Airport features 344 guest rooms, according to IHG website. It also features restaurants, outside pool, fitness centre and a spa among other facilities.

Ishraq expects that the hotel to become a leading business destination due to the facilities and strategic location, reported Trade Arabia.
