US-based hotel management company LBA Hospitality has been awarded a contract to manage IHG’s avid hotel in Florida.
Located in downtown Ocala, the hotel is situated at 1626 S. Pine Avenue, close to downtown Ocala and minutes from Ocala International Airport. It also provides access to Advent Health Ocala and Ocala Regional Medical Centre.

In addition, this four-storey property is close to the Ocala Civic Centre, Silver Springs State Park, the Appleton Museum of Art and the Ocala National Forest as well.
LBA Hospitality COO Farrah Adams said: “Adding a new brand like the avid hotel to our portfolio is exciting. This location in downtown Ocala is centrally located to several restaurants and is convenient to many of the attractions in the area.”

The hotel will offer quality mattresses, linen and black-out roller shades. The rooms also feature ample storage space, a 55-inch HDTV and free Wi-Fi.
