Wyndham Hotel Group has signed a development agreement with Lester Hotels Group to open 20 Ramada hotels across the UK over the next ten years.
The first two hotels, Ramada Resort Cwrt Bleddyn and Ramada Leicester Stage, are expected to open next month and will take the number of Ramada properties across the country to 40.

As part of the deal, a third hotel in Finchley, north London, is slated to open in 2015.
The deal also saw the licence agreement for the existing Ramada Hatfield hotel renewed for a period of another 20 years.
Lester Hotels has become a preferred management partner for Wyndham Hotel Group in the UK and will manage all 20 properties.

The 45-room Ramada Resort Cwrt Bleddyn, in Usk, Wales, offers amenities such as Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, indoor pool, luxury spa and treatment rooms, as well as function rooms that include the hotel’s Crystal Suite catering for up to 200 guests.
Ramada Leicester Stage, which offers 79 standard and executive rooms, has facilities including five meeting rooms, indoor pool, sauna and fitness centre, as well as food and beverage outlets.
In 2014, Wyndham Hotel Group also took over the management of Ramada Encore Leicester and extended the brand’s franchised presence with a new hotel in Oxford.
Additional Ramada properties are slated for opening in Wakefield and Hounslow before the year-end.
