Global luxury brand Nobu Hospitality is set to mark its foray in the Netherlands with luxury residences and a restaurant in Oud-Zuid, Amsterdam, in collaboration with Dutch real estate company Breevast.

The Nobu Residences Park Meadows Amsterdam will offer a concept of branded residences, featuring private residences for purchase and serviced luxury residences for extended stays.

Meanwhile, the Nobu Restaurant Amsterdam will provide destination dining within the Nobu Residences, set against the Beatrixpark to serve as a social hub for both locals and international visitors.

Nobu Hospitality CEO Trevor Horwell said: “Amsterdam is a dynamic European location for Nobu, with its vibrant culinary scene, cultural landscape and understated approach to luxury.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Breevast to bring Nobu Restaurant and Residences Park Meadows Amsterdam to life, marking our first Nobu project in the Netherlands.”

Breevast CEO Henk Brouwer said: “We are honoured that a prestigious global brand like Nobu will partner with Breevast.

“Nobu Residences is not only a tremendous asset for Amsterdam, but it will also be the first branded residence in the Netherlands. Nobu’s choice for our location at the edge of the Beatrixpark in Amsterdam-Zuid confirms that our plans and designs for this project are of absolute quality.”

RCP Finance has played a role in facilitating the partnership between Breevast and Nobu Hospitality for this project.

RCP Finance managing director Christopher Khoi said: “RCP Finance was thrilled to collaborate with Breevast in securing Nobu Hospitality as their brand partner; this project is set to be a tremendous success in Amsterdam.”

This announcement follows Nobu Hospitality’s announcement in April 2024 about the development of two new properties in Bulgaria, further expanding the brand’s European presence with the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Sofia and Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Varna.
