The sale price for The Tankerville Arms Hotel in Wooler, Northumberland, is set at £750,000 ($998,040).
With a history dating back to the 1700s, the property offers 17 en-suite guest bedrooms and a range of amenities, including The Chillingham Room restaurant and The Copper Bar. The restaurant can accommodate up to 40 guests.
The hotel also features a guest sitting room, a function space, a beer garden, and on-site parking.
