
Hospitality management company TPG Hotels & Resorts has been appointed to manage two upscale independent hotels in Washington DC’s Georgetown neighbourhood, US.
These properties, namely Glover Park Hotel and The Graham Hotel, will be managed under the INTERA Collection by TPG Hotels & Resorts.
The Graham Hotel has 57 guest rooms and suites, some of which feature private decks and terraces.
Its dining options include The Graham Rooftop, and the Alex Speakeasy and Craft Cocktail Cellar.
The Alex Speakeasy and Craft Cocktail Cellar serves a list of cocktails and bites and is only accessible through a special keyless entry code.
The property’s location offers guests access to the Potomac River, M Street, Washington Harbor, and the National Mall, among others.
Glover Park Hotel features 154 rooms, a rooftop bar and the Glover Park Grill for dining.
Amenities provided at the hotel include a fitness centre, spa, and approximately 1,800ft² of meeting space.
Located close to Embassy Row, the hotel is near landmarks, including the Smithsonian Zoo, the National Monument, the White House, and more.

The latest announcement comes after TPG Hotels & Resorts revealed the opening of its national operations headquarters based in Dallas, Texas, earlier this year.
TPG Hotels & Resorts’ current portfolio includes more than 600 branded and independent hotels and marinas comprising over 65,000 guest rooms across 42 states.
