Independent hotel management company Aleph Hospitality has entered a deal to manage the operations of MGallery hotel in Rwanda.

The new luxury five-star hotel is located at Century Park Hotel & Residences development, an all-in-one mixed-use residential and leisure park in Kigali, capital of Rwanda.

MGallery hotel will feature guest rooms and suites, conferences and meeting rooms and other leisure facilities including outdoor pool.

Century Park Hotel and Residences is 15 minutes away from Kigali International Airport and 20 minutes from the capital’s central business district.

In addition to the hotel, the development will feature luxury villas, two- and three-bedroom apartments, four- and five-bedroom duplexes and penthouses, as well as three restaurants and bars.

Aleph Hospitality founder and managing director Bani Haddad said: “We are very excited to be part of this incredible new mixed-use development in Kigali, which marks our first entry into Rwanda.

“We are delighted to be entrusted with the operations of the first MGallery hotel in Rwanda, alongside the management of the facilities and restaurants at Century Park Hotel and Residences, including Billy’s Bistro and Bar, which was voted ‘Best Restaurant of the Year’ in 2021 by the Consumers Choice Awards.

“We look forward to building on the success of the incredible food and beverage offerings of Century Park to make it the leading dining, lifestyle and nightlife destination in Kigali.”

The management agreement is in line with Aleph Hospitality’s commitment to increase its portfolio in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region by 50 hotels by 2026.

The company manages hotels on franchise basis for branded properties and as a white label operator for independently branded hotels.

Last month, the company signed management contract to operate Masheda Palms in Buyala town and A’lure Hotel & Suites in Kampala, Uganda.
